On Saturday night last the 17th December , 55 of our local residents from the various different drives in Cranmore got together to celebrate Christmas.
The night started with a wine reception in the Drop In premises, then a coach arrived to pick up the party goers and brought them off to the Glasshouse Hotel.
A beautiful meal was served up by the very friendly and efficient staff of the Glasshouse hotel and they were a credit to Manager Michelle Healy.
Dancing followed with music by D.J. Kevin Flannery and John Travolta would’nt have a look in with the shapes that were being thrown on the floor by the Cranmore party. Indeed Willie Trumble and his wife Margaret never left the floor. As for Marie Somers and Helen O’Hara who twisted the night away to Cliff Richard!!
