Omagh Wardens

Omagh Wardens

On August 9th a group of 40 residents travelled to Omagh to meet with a local community group to discuss matters of common interest. Special emphasis was placed on the work carried out by the community wardens in both areas.
It gave the group the chance to meet with their counterparts from O’Kane / Kilmore Resident’s Association and a number of areas of common interest were explored. The group also met socially that evening in the Silverbirch Hotel where further exchange of ideas took place.
Pictured are members of O`Kane/Kilmore with their local warden Martin McConomy and Cranmore and North Side Communities.
Marissa Moran and Gary Kelly recently took up their positions as Community Wardens in Cranmore and will be based in the Regeneration Office at 7 Devin’s Drive. More details of their role will be made available in the near future.
